 BANDA NEIRA DIVING TRIP

DAY 1 - 21102022

Starts our day with taking bus from MJG to KLIA2. It takes RM6 for grab from home to bus station. Arrived at KLIA2 around 545 AM. Wait for Subuh prayer. Then we go for bfast at lucky kopi? Bit expensive for most of the meals. Just above average in taste. But i would say poor services from their staff. Some of it kinda rude. Grrr. 

I manage to sleep for a while waiting my wife back from the toilet. Hehe

We ate Pak Nasser Nasi Lemak as inflight meals. The taste i think a little different than last meal i had 😂 I should try other menu for next flight then. 

First time to meet all of them 19 in total with different professional background. Teacher, Dr and some more with engineering background ONG. I would say they have a lot of experience with diving. So far as i know 100 dives at least. Dive basics is in their palm i think. First dive with experience divers

Overall i love the LOB. E do eat dive and repeat for the most of the time. I would consider this is heaven of the diver ever since we just double check the equipments just before dives. Especially on mask fin and requlator. We ddnt carry the heavy equipment ourselves. The crew will setup out equipment and bring to the small boat. 

Assign with group no 2. Sherwynd and wing. Arnold. My wife and I. 

Afterall the meal was great. We have 3 main meal include bfast, lunch and dinner bwtween the dives. Total of at least 4 dives per day. Such and endurance dive i think. 

Batu Lompa

• Check dive. Extra weight inside of my BCD. 4 weight in total. I need to improve on ascend and maintain rather than descend.

• Most of them have their on dive camera. And they using TG6 and Sony mirrorless. Gopro also.

• Dive was late night dive or we called it sunset dive. 

• I would say that we have bad DM. Misscomm erm idk. One of it because of im not well brief on the site at first

Ddnt go for night dive. Rest n save our energy for tomorrow.

11th Dive

• Not a good dive for me. Sorry my team since cant make it to the hammerhead.

• Spoil the team with problem with my ears.

• Cant equalize well. The pressure keep hitting my left ears. 

• End up i signed to the DM for not go deeper then current depth. 

• Dissappointing but somehow i proud of myself coz ddnt panic just calm and chill till reqch back to the surface. 

• Theres one point the world become upside down. I said to myself thats it, but then i wake me up by goncang kepala and all for not to pengsan. 

12th Dive

• Difficult to descend at first

• After few metre away then im good till we make tit to see hammerhead with our naked eyes.

Thats all for our dive trip. Now we are heading Teluhu port near to Banda Neira. 40 mins drive to Kota Ambon Airport. 

0100 HRS we arrived nearby the port. 1st trip to mainland for whoever have early morning flight. For us we check out at 8AM. Since we will check in another night at Kota Ambon 

With our DM 

Almost 1hrs drive, we arrived at swiss bel hotel, Kota Ambon. Our room is not yet ready for check in. Will be ready at 2PM. So we decided to sight seeing around the hotel. There are School fest at the Park. Theres a lot student there, such a happening Pening one! HAHA 

We went to World Gong Pendamaian consist of few country involves include malaysia. 

Till then, we went for mall nearby. We found out that the mall ddnt interesting at all. So we decided to for fill up our stomach. Bakso Tejo, along the way we bought es pisang. It tastes good with Banana covered with green cover inside the es. 

There you go.

Get Grab to AMQ airport.

We flew to DPS which is Bali/ 

Once arrives went to Bali Luggage Storage. Store our luggage for 6 days. 200k rp. Then go to 101 oasis, Sanur. Had our dinner. Room Service meal, cordon blue and salmon. Rest for tomorrow went to Safari. 

Get Grab to Safari, at 8. We arrived around 8.30, drop our bag at hotel lobby. And starts exploring the whole day at bali safari. 

After Bali Agung Show, we went to check in and have a good rest till dinner. 

Safari was great. We enjoyed very much.

Garmin Forerunner 245

Hello! *wave with a mask on! 

It's kinda stressful nowadays. We have the SOP against covid19. Killing Pandemic i tell you. WTF it just stays safe okay. Mask ON. Watch your distance. 

This time around I just want to share bout my so-called new gadget. It is Garmin Forerunner 245. Actually, it was a delayed gratification for my new Job here in Manjung as remarks i guess haha. I have been tempted to have a smartwatch / GPS watch. Seems I can't run yet due to ACL injury so after few years then yeah that it is. 

After a few considerations, temptation, and comparison with the apple watch. I decided to choose Garmin instead of apple. One of the big advantages was the battery itself. Meanwhile to serve the purpose of usage yet do puy GPS watch instead of the smartwatch. 

With BOX

I bought this Garmin for RM 1250 via Lazada. I got an RM500 voucher from CC sign up rewards. The total spent on this watch just RM 750 only. 

Nice in hand. Kinda love it!

Hopefully, I can fully utilize this watch later on for running purposes. Keep fit bebeh. 

After few weeks wear this watch. Im looking forward to improve my HR reading. Make it lower and make good to myhealth. Amin.

Table Placement and Restoration

This was initial setup, with wireless office mouse and cute elmo mousepad somemore. Actually it is story book i think. Old Logitech keyboard. 

Small table for the entire setup. Thinking of buy a new one from IKEA. Linmon model i guess. But WAAITTTTTT

I found this one at my house backyard. Then, comes an ideaaaaaa to RFO this little table. After check in all the condition, i would say that the core itself still strong even after at least 10 years old for this table. The exposure to rain and hot sunny wouldnt give any effects. Then yeah lets do this. RFO will cost much cheaper than to buy new one. 

See the condition. All good but some of the edges and surface already peel off but overall condition wasnt that bad. Cleaan up and bought a spray can to coat all the rust. 

Clean up using, IDK maybe multipurpose cleaner. Then poof! all the stain gone like hell. MAGICAL

Here the annoyiong part, you can see thee wood itself chipping off. I used the duct tape to cover and prevent it to happen again. 

Tadaaaaa, this setup with new table. Kinda love it already. Then i came up with another idea to make it spicer. Nyummmy!

I went to nearest rubber mat store and bought few metres. Kinda confused and really clingy eyes to chose which one will suit the most for my setup. 

Its time bebeh!

Tadaaaa one after another, the project done by myself. Much Love. I fit up just using larger stapler and properly make sure that the mat is tight and stretch enough to cover all the surface. 

WDY Think ! Amazing is it :D 

Total cost: RM 20 for Rubber Mat and RM10 for a spray can :D 

My PC Rig Cost

Wehuuu. Complete at last :D Happy me. 

I have been wanting this since student. So now i got paid for my own then i chose to bought this litle monster. From now on, im on my own PC Rig. So called with entry mid level specs, I managed got all over the items for RM 3197. Some of it was second hand / preloved items. IDK whatever people will said as long for the items was great as new but price as cheap as thrift! For sure why pay more is it.

Right after so long, IDK i feel like to write something. I think lately this blog more on my personal stuff / personal buy that i could track of. Sometime, i do miss this blog where i can write anything what i want, what i rant. Ceh ada ke? WKAKA

Today i would like to share with you guys my new phone. Wehuuu wehuuuu. 

Tadaaaa. My new Iphone 11 Pro. 

This is my very my first brand new phone. Not a cheap one for sure. I do aim this colour. Its Midnight Green. Btw its hard for me buy such an expensive item you know. Very rare case, HAHA. Just one to leave it here toooo. The birthday of my this item. Thanks. Oct 2020.

NEXT,

Okay now i will share some review on this so called bangsawan phone. Apple is fame with all of their products quality, systems, securities and for sure benchmark design? As u can see, Apple always be one step ahead and what we called trend maker? or trend setter? Last time was, the notch on the screen. Then all the competitors, starts to implement the same thing to their products.

As of today. I have been with this new baby for bout 6 months. What i love is one of it is the speed for sure. Mestilah kan not comparable to my last iPhone 6. hehe. ermmm but with with larger screen makes me bit difficult on familirize at first. Ya meh, seluar already ketat and larger bigger phone make it difficult to in out my pocket.

Next item, would be the camera i guess. IDK Why i dont like when people to usik ifags so called. They will be like, cehhhh pakai iphone dooo. Its annoying, and sometimes i felt bit embrassaed hahaha mende entah. Dia macam nak show off but yeah i dont. Thats my phone kays! There another reason while i dont post mirror selfie on any socmed. HIHI. But somehow, android always be like, weh pinjam fon kau jap. kau iphone lawa sikit. Weh selfie, pakai fon kau.

Thats all for my sharing session today. Wanna buy? do buy if not burden you. Or else dont buy okay? But still to spend on experience much more kinda loving rather than spend on expensive items. Whatever it is, do ask yourself. Which one will makes u satisfiess enough. Thanks Ols. Muah.
